Great video. I did it years ago and it allowed me to see women for the long term qualities they had outside of sex. It helped me see very clearly which women only had sex to offer. My current lady is having a fit because sex doesn't allow her to manipulate me and she has bring more than her cooch to the relationship.

Whether it’s food, drink, drugs or even fitness training , if you’ve become obsessed with it, you are damaging yourself. Your audience includes a lot of 30-40-50 and even 60 year olds. As we get older desexualizing your brain isn’t really as big a problem. The larger problem maybe having a healthy sexual appetite. I’m glad you’re balanced and include videos on how to be a better sexual partner. Continue giving advice on having a healthy sex life as we age. Sex is God’s gift to men & women that helps us desire and love each other. It’s a blessing, not a curse Brother!
